How to compare the cost fairly.
An AI employee is not a like-for-like replacement for a person, so a salary comparison alone is misleading. The fair comparison is against the fully loaded cost of the specific work being automated — the hours spent, the salary and employment costs behind those hours, and the cost of errors and delays. Some roles automate a large share of a workload; others automate a narrow slice. Discovery gives you a realistic estimate for your case rather than a generic one. We do not publish typical-savings figures, because savings depend on your workload, your processes, and how much of the role the AI can genuinely take on.
Model it for your own numbers.
Use the sliders to estimate what the work currently costs you and what an AI employee would cost in its place. Treat the result as a starting point for a conversation, not a promise.
£0
This is the current annual cost of the hours you entered, minus an assumed AI employee cost of £800/month. It is a starting point, not a quote — Discovery gives you a figure specific to your workload.
£800/month per AI employee. Actual savings will vary.
The questions we get before people commit.
Because complexity varies. A support agent with two integrations and a standard workflow sits at the lower end. A role with many integrations, custom rules, or high volumes sits higher. You get a fixed quote after Discovery, before you commit to anything.
No. Monthly plans have a three-month minimum term, to allow time for meaningful results. After that, you give 30 days' written notice to cancel. No exit fees.
Yes. If your business has a quiet period, you can pause an AI employee for up to 60 days, and monthly fees are suspended during the pause.
The work in phases one to four: discovery, configuration, integration setup and testing, the pilot, and the managed go-live. It is priced as a range because the effort depends on the number of integrations and the complexity of your workflows.
Yes. Volume pricing is available for organisations deploying three or more AI employees. Raise it in your enquiry and we will quote accordingly.
