    A member of the team reads your enquiry and responds with any clarifying questions. We aim to reply within a couple of working days; if we are slower than that, chase us at hello@hire-x.ai.

  2. A short discovery call

    Around 30 minutes to walk through the workflow you have in mind, the tools involved, and whether an AI employee is genuinely a good fit. If it is not, we say so on the call.

  3. A written summary and a fixed quote

    If there is a fit, you receive a summary of the proposed role, the recommended tier, and a fixed price. You decide from there, in your own time.
