AI employees, managed by people

Hire the work, not the headcount.

Hire-X builds AI employees that take on defined roles in your business — answering support tickets, qualifying leads, reconciling accounts. Each one is configured to your processes and overseen by a named human manager.

What you get

A colleague, not a chatbot

An AI employee is software that owns a role. It works inside your existing tools, follows your processes, and reports on what it did.

Owns real work

Handles complete tasks end to end — a support ticket resolved, a lead qualified, a report delivered — rather than deflecting questions to a script.

Works in your stack

Connects to the systems you already run — email, CRM, helpdesk, accounting — instead of asking your team to move somewhere new.

Answers to a person

Every AI employee has a named human manager who reviews its output, tunes its behaviour, and remains accountable for the work.

Roles

Twelve roles, every core function

From front-of-house to back office. Start with the role where the backlog hurts most.

  • 01

    Customer Support Agent

Resolves tickets across email and chat, escalating edge cases to your team with full context.

  • 02

    Sales Development Rep

Qualifies inbound leads, researches prospects, and keeps your CRM honest.

  • 03

    Finance & Accounts Assistant

Chases invoices, reconciles transactions, and prepares the numbers your accountant asks for.

  • 04

    Data Analyst

Turns the spreadsheets nobody reads into the weekly report everybody does.

Process

Five phases, no guesswork

Every deployment follows the same named process, with a decision point at each phase.

  1. Discovery

We map the role, the tools it touches, and what good output looks like.

  2. Configuration

We build and connect the AI employee to your systems, with your rules encoded.

  3. Testing

It works on real historical cases. You review the output before anything goes live.

  4. Go-Live

Supervised launch with human sign-off on outputs until you loosen the reins.

  5. Ongoing Optimisation

Monthly reviews with the named manager. Behaviour is tuned as your business changes.

Guardrails

Automation with a human in charge

We think AI should extend your team, not replace it. That position shapes how everything is built.

Named human manager

Accountability never transfers to software. A person you can call reviews every AI employee's work.

UK data standards

ICO registered and compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data stays governed.

Augmentation, not replacement

AI employees take the repetitive load so your people can do the work that needs judgement.
